Working principle：
The vacuum rake dryer is mainly composed of a shell, a rotating shaft and rake teeth.
Rake dryer is vacuum operation, first of all, the wet material is added to the dryer, start the stirring device, the jacket into the heating medium, through the jacket heat transfer and vacuum to discharge the water in the material.
Using the positive and negative rotation of the rake teeth, the material is continuously pushed to the middle and both ends during the drying process, which can ensure the timely update of the heat transfer surface, thus accelerating the heat and mass transfer rate.
When the material is dry to the specified moisture, stop heating, close the vacuum system, take out the dried material, and complete the operation of one cycle.
